The story:
Our 2-year-old daughter went around the house singing "I used to care about a goat and bring it cheese." My husband and I tried to figure out where she got the song and I even sat through a bunch of children's DVDs and did Internet research to find the real song. Absolutely no luck.
Our daughter is now 7 and I was waiting for her to finish ballet class. I was sitting with my son watching a VeggieTales DVD when the lyrics "We used to care about our share of gold, so rare, and big TVs" came on the screen and I just about jumped out of my seat. Five-year mystery finally solved!
