One of my best friends, whom I also work with and I were signing it in a Subway sandwich shop (hey, when the song comes on, you MUST sing along...)and I sang it like I normally do. And we ALWAYS laugh our a**es off when we sing-a-long with Prince. We got back to the office and started "instant messenger-ing" it to each other and when she typed in that particular line, I burst out laughing. I have been singing this song WRONG since I was thirteen!!! WRONG and LOUDLY! At Karaoke. Never looking at the words. We had to look it up on the Internet to make sure SHE was right.
