I knew the actual lyrics -- however, when this song came out (way
back in 1971), the neighbor kids who lived upstairs from us (and
spoke both Portuguese and English) thought the lyrics were
supposed to be dirty words. Needless to say, when my mother
heard them singing this, they were reprimanded -- and I had to
step in and correct everyone. (We had a good laugh afterwards.)
