The story:

Actually it was my uncle who thinks this and he is convinced that was what Michael was saying that he came up with a whole story to back it up. His story was that Michael was singing about a court case where Billie jean was suing him for unwanted "love" and was winning so before she had won he was going to give his ski slope to his son so she could not take it. But the Chair lift belonged to the man who run the next ski slope along the mountain and was informing his son that he will not own that hence “the Chair lifts not mine son”
