I was singing karaoke at a fund-raiser for my grandmother's friend, and I belted out the first line...wrong! The entire audience laughed at me, and until I finished the song I didn't know how wrong I was. I grabbed my lyric booklet and read it...apologizing to the audience, I started over singing it right.
