I heard it this way for years. I found it so freaking hilarious that I never even stopped to think about the unlikelihood of the lyrics as I heard them. Then when I grew up, I stopped to think of what I'd heard and suspected it of not being the correct lyrics. I then checked a lyrics site and found out the actual lyrics.
