Since I was about 7-8 I had been singing my lyrics thinking I was cool. Nobody bothered to tell me any different. Until my husand heard me sing it when I was 19-20. He laughed and corrected me. My mother said she knew I was singing it wrong but didn't want to hurt my feelings....ironic huh?
