I'd heard the song as a child on commercials for the Beatles' Greatest Hits Album on Nickelodeon. I always goof around with my friends and just sing goofy, random songs. So, one day I started belting, "THAT PUPPY loooo-oove, looo-ove... that puppy love!" And all my friends laughed hysterically. But, hey, it wasn't that embarrassing. They clued me in, and I about died laughing along with them.
