The story:

After having listened to to many songs playing at my job over the intercom, I have gotten to a point where I am a bit lyric deaf and can no longer understand half of what people are singing. I was singing along when a customer pointed out I wasn't singing the right words. I sounded good to me at the time and still does. :) It is the eskimo song.
