Just now reading the correct lyrics on this site and laughing aloud. I have a boyfriend who speaks fluent French who never corrected me either! Maybe he liked my version better. I don't know where I got the dogs from, and I could never undstand why Peter Gabriel would choose to sing about dogs with no front ears since they only have ears in front.
