I told my sister about this wacky lyric.... I know rappers these days use some very outlandish analogies so I thought that maybe certified diabetes was possibly a different way of saying that a girl was really sweet or something. My sister laughed hysterically at me and told me the real lyric, but now we say certified diabetes every time we hear this song. lol
