When the video first came out, MTV was running a promotional contest for the movie "Pink Floyd: The Wall", and in the commercials they'd show the screaming face coming out of the wall, so I **sumed Duran Duran was singing about the wall being hungry...I didn't realize English people spoke differently, so "wolf" and "wall" sounded similar, nevermind that I knew the title of the song was "Hungry Like The Wolf"
