Well, I didn't mishear this, but my brother did. I was listening to the song and he goes, "Did she just say BON JOVI ROMANCE?!" Once he pointed it out, it does sound a whole lot like she's really saying "Bon Jovi romance." Apparently we aren't the only ones to feel this way, because my best friend also thought those were the words.
