It's just the twisted way she sang it - firstly the fuzzy pronunciation of 'D...', followed by the whiny '...eammmmscan etc.'. When I asked my sister why Gabrielle was warbling about her brainscan, she made no hesitation in telling several of her friends of my utterly uncool error. Needless to say, I never managed to bed one of them.
