I thought they were saying "Miss Spears", referring to Britney Spears. Kurt Cobain died before Britney Spears became famous, so I thought Anthony Kiedis (singer of the Chili Peppers) was wondering what Cobain would have thought of Britney Spears's music. It kinda makes sense, because Cobain always had a strong interest in every genre in the music industry, including pop music, and the cultural influence of the music industry.
