My wife thought the aforementioned tambourine was... how could I say it... more than a "frigging" tambourine. :-) She could not believe me when I corrected her. Before checking out the web for the lyrics we made a bet (a box of her favorite chocolates to the winner) and, of course, I won the bet - but she just admitted it after she checking out about 5 different websites! Now we both sing her version (when no one is around)...
