    Well, the moment i realized how wrong i was happened to be just now. I heard the song when i was watching the movie "Mrs. Doubtfier" with my sister. Then she started singing "Do the funky lady" and i started laughing and was like "omg!" she's like "what?" and i said "I always thought it was.. Do me like a lady". Then i looked up the song and found this website, we were both wrong, but it's good to know were not the only ones.. Lol.
