The story:

This isn't the original Andrew Gold version, but
my mum used to watch golden girls years ago and
when I was a small kid I used to think these were
the right lyrics and thought no more about it.
Still thought this was right lyrics years later
until recently I heard the song sang by someone
else and heard the right lyrics.

Now I think on what I thought she said, bit
disturbing really if "the heart attacks" say
"thank you for being a friend"
