Years ago my boyfriend, who always loved to sing with the radio, started singing this at the top of his lungs when it came on. I almost wet myself laughing so hard! He looked at me funny, and asked me why I was laughing.. when I told him he got irritated with me, then added, "Hey, its Prince, he sings stuff like that, how was I supposed to know?"
