Nicola and Bart were two american workers with italian origin. They were active members in the left-wing labour union and organized demonstrations and strikes. They were accused of a murder they didn't have anything to do with in 1920 and were sentenced to death. Hundreds of thousands of people demonstrated against this unjust sentence, but both were executed on August 22nd 1927.
