i JUST found out while watchin a movie that its not "mail call"...they said something in the movie about that song and i was like "what i thought it was mail call??" my mom corrected me...all these years i heard it like that! n im about to be 21...haha so ya ur for sure not the only one.

I heard it the same way. I was in the Army, in Basic Training when this song was a big hit. Mail call was a big deal then.
