    English is not my native language and I am not familiar with the "five-and-dime" or the term "Six-string" as synonym for guitar. About a year ago I discovered the true translation when reading the lyrics. The phonetics are sooo similar! I always found my translation a weird start of the song, but I thought Bryan was strange. I like my version much better!
