I found out I was wrong while going to Kings Island with some family members. This song came on and I asked everyone if "candy lit hair" was what they were saying at this point in the song. My cousin knew the real words, but everyone agreed that "candy lit hair" could have easily been mistaken for "candy, here". It wasn't really embarassing, but I still sing "candy lit hair" everytime I hear this song
