I try to say goodbye to my chook

The story:

Me and my friend were getting ready to go out at New Years one year and we were listening to the radio. This song came on and as it was one of my favourites i started singing it really loud and dancing round the room using a deoderant bottle as a microphone. When it got to the line i sang it and my friend fell on the bed laughing... She had tears in her eyes she thought it was that funny. Id thought they were pretty stupid lyrics but i seriously thought that was what the artist sang. I was confused and embarassed so she told me what i had done and to make it even worse she got her whole family to come in and hear what i thought the line was. To this day every time we hear that song and im with her she laughs her head off.
