At my elementary school, there was a cafeteria item called a "Pizza burger" which was an ordinary hamburger with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. My 2nd-grade self loved these and considered them the Holy Grail of school food. I really thought Mick was saying he would never be as good as a pizza burger. I don't really remember when I discovered the truth.
