The story:

It was playing on the radio while I was at a slumber party and I was singing along. Everyone looked at me and some were like, "Is that really how it goes?" I wasn't sure but I told them that yeah, it was right. We looked it up later that night, but liked the part I made up better so we just sang that from then on. (not embarrassing, I know, sorry to disappoint)
