The song had come on during a movie we were watching at her house. I sang my version of it and she told me i was wrong, i swore up and down and even put money on it that i was right. We then looked up the lyrics and i turned red for a few seconds before saying "Well i like it better my way anyway."
Since he was singing about love, i thought he was saying that his love MIGHT had opened the door to her heart.
