My friend and I were talking about some radio show that was on recently and he admitted that he thought for the longest time that it was in fact "cross-eyed bear"... why you would give someone a cross-eyed bear is beyond me

Right? I had this mental imagine in my mind for years of some guy winning a cross-eyed teddy bear at a carnival and giving it to his girlfriend, then taking it back when they broke up... never did get why Alanis was so very upset over that bear...
