One day I was driving home from work with my mother when this song came on the radio. I was quietly singing along when I realized how ridiculous my favourite lyric, "kangarhythm", sounded. I stopped to ask Mom what the real lyrics were, and when I informed her what I had been singing for years, we had quite a laugh. I still catch myself singing my version when this hit comes on the radio today.
For years I thought this was a really cool song about kangaroos and rhythm.
