Life aint so easy, when you're a battered child

The story:

I was in the car on the way to school singing along with my dads CD when it came to my mistaken lyric.
And my dad went 'well i dont think life would e too easy being a battered child!'
and in deep thought I was like 'yeah dad youre right (feeling sorry for battered kids)'

When he told me the real lyrics I was so embarrassed and there was no doubt in my mind this story would haunt me for the rest of my life (which it has!)
