The song had just come out and my friend and I were absolutely possitive that these were the right words because she swore she saw an interview with alanis where alanis stated that she thought Tori amos was jealous of her and they had a huge rivalry. We were singing it in the girls bathroom when a senior came in and told us otherwise. We actually had the nerve to argue about it with her.
