In middle school my friend and I were oh-so-hiply singing this song in the back of her mother's minivan when I spouted my unfortunate lyric. She looked at me like I just accidently flashed my breast during a live taping of 7th Heaven and says, "Oh my god, WHAT did you just say?"
Mubling quickly: "I said bushwarhuhmmuhree... What did YOU say?"
"It's "boys run free" you loser."
"I know. That's what I said."
And then we finished our rendition of the song, with me now using the lyric I cleverly finagled my friend into providing me with.
