This song is from the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. The song is played when they introduce the foot clan hideout. I got this movie when I was six and watched it many, many times and I always misheard the lyric and hated it. I finally got the soundtrack yesterday and saw the correct lyrics in the booklet and realized that the song was nowhere near as dirty as my six year old mind had made it.
