My woman's a T.K.O.

The story:

I thought saying that your woman was a "T.K.O." was some cheesy 1970s way of saying she was a "total knockout", in other words, a real catch. It didn't help that, in one of the verses in the song, this line is followed by the line "she's so good to me", which, of course, would be totally applicable to a woman who is a T.K.O. I did not realize my mistake until I got a Deep Purple CD and saw the title on the liner. To this day, I tell my wife she's "a T.K.O." and she gives me a look like "what a schmuck".
