Ollie asked Franny "Is the food to give him strength?"

The story:

I listened to this song having no idea what it was about, and not being able to hear it clearly at the back at the car, it sounded like somebody called Ollie asking somebody called Franny a question about food. When I aksed my parents what it was about, they said it was about Cat Stevens' dog, and I asked who Ollie and Franny were and they were very confused...
