Both my daughter and I had issues with this line. We would both (mis)sing it at the top of our lungs whenever the song came on. The worst part was, I would frequently correct her -- "It's in a daze, not in ditch!" -- so I was pretty red-faced when I finally looked the lyrics up only to find out how wrong I was, as well!
