The story:

This was like the number one song when I was 15 or 16. I was
riding with a friend of mine who's parents just so happened to
have a very happy and good relationship with church. As we
rode along the song came on and everyone was singing along
and I simply said "I'm surprised you guys are ok with this song
seeing as it talks about shaking it like a horny white preacher.
Mind you this was also about the time that multiple priests
were in the news not for some rather terrible circumstances.
My friends mother immediately asked why i would be ok
listening to it if that what i thought it said. I explained I typically
didn't sing that part bc i thought it was a little too much.
