The story:

Well my little sister is a big fan of Miley Cyrus, and she sings this
bit. so it was playing in the car, and I was being really silly to annoy
my sister, and singing really loudly. So then she was like "What are
you saying?" So I repeated what I thought it was, and she just
laughed and laughed. But then I continued to sing it that way just
to piss my sister off, haha.
