The song came over the airwaves at, you guessed it, family Thanksgiving dinner. With grandparents. And I come strutting out with my *big* Olivia sunglasses and start singing along. There were gasps as the little 7-ish me started in on "take your PANTS DOWN...and MAAAKe it HAPPEN!". My mom explained, red-faced, that it was not the right lyric, but I didn't get why it was such a big deal. I really only understood quite a bit later the extent of my Freudian misunderstanding! Just a more honest version of the song, I think!
