I was only wrong for about half an hour. I was half-listening to the song in the car and thought how stupid it was to drop a completely unrelated anime reference in the middle of the song, so I looked up the lyrics on the internet when I got back home. And yes, I know the anime it's Tengen Toppa, not Terra Toppen, that was what I thought it was called back then.
