Actually, it wasn't me. It was a joke told on the sitcom "The Nanny". Fran Fine had assumed the lyrics were "the girl with colitis goes by". Mr. Sheffield corrects her, and Fran responds, "Oh! Well, I had thought that was an incredibly tasteless lyric..." It always makes me crack up.
