I used to listen to this song on the radio, and was horrified that they would allow a song with such language on the radio. I would cover my ears whenever I heard this song because I was only about nine, until one time in the car, the song came on, and my mom starting singing along. So I put my hands to my ears, and when my mom asked why, I told her, and she laughed at me and told me the real lyrics!
