This is just an act of God misdirecting all that you've done, WHAT! WHAT!

The story:

In a way it makes sense to the theme of the album being Nikki Sixx's account of heroin use, at this point of the album representing Sixx's realization that he's getting a "courtesy call" from a higher power that his "time is up" and if he doesn't make a correction to his addiction, it will take his life. It also has to do with the background story of a hotel clerk kicking down his room door and seeing him passed out on the floor from a heroin OD, and the phone beeping off the hook from the clerk giving him a 'courtesy call'. The manager is also there and reacts with an "oh, Jesus Christ!!" furthering the justification of an "act of God" and "misdirection".
