The story:

i was doing a gig with my band, singing and doing guitar, when we were asked to do request of the said song. i sang it, and unfortunately, the bit where there are no instruments, just vocals, i get the lyrics wrong. many of the crowd looked confused, and i was corrected later at the end of the gig
