There has been no embarrassing moment whatsoever. I just browsed some lyrics-site one day and discovered my error.
It was just a bit absurd to have been thinking my lyrics were the real ones for Muse-lyrics normally are extremely solemn (especially in this song). I should have been wondering: How could they ever sink so low as to maliciously stab someone in the dark?

Lol I misheard that too, but I always thought it was right cause it's the sort of thong they would say in one of their songs. I only looked up the lyrics cause I wanted to quote them in an essay.
