The story:

When I first heard "Down on the Corner", I couldn't
quite decipher this lyric, and like anyone else
thought it had to do with the Devil. On this site,
there's misheards that say essentially the same
thing as this one above, but not word for word. The
misheard I created here is what it should be like.
And I like this version much better than the
original!
