Two days ago my fourteen-year-old daughter asked me what they were singing about. I gave her my version, and we parleyed back and forth for some time, trying to figure out why they would have said what I thought they said! Then I had to explain "douche" to her! Obviously, I didn't get it right until I found this sight on line - but it my younger days I rarely pursued the lyrics, just accepting what I thought I heard!
