I was listening to the song with my mom and then started singing along. After the chorus played a few times, my mom asked what I was sining. When I told her "you still might beat him home," she looked at me like I was crazy. I thought the song was about a married woman having an affair and she had to beat him home so her husband wouldnt catch her. My mom just started laughing..I guess I should have listened more closely to the rest of the lyrics.
