I just discovered this page and read through the mistaken lyrics and I discovered that I was wrong myself regarding the lyrics of this song. I thought Nelly Furtado sang that she has no real home, she's like a bird and she does not know where her friends and homies (!) are, either. I never knew what "soulies" were (I thought this was an abbreviation for soulmate, like "homie" is one for homeboy...) but know I know better. I had to laugh when I understood my mistake, how embarrassing!
